When you fill in an application or contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, city and answers about your home. When you donate, the payment is processed by Zeffy; we do not see or store your card details.
To review adoption and foster applications, to coordinate flight angel trips and collar exchanges, to answer your messages, and to send you updates about a dog you asked about. We do not use your information for advertising.
Only the service providers we need to operate: our email provider to send and receive messages, our donation platform to process payments, and the analytics tools that help us understand how the site is used, which only run with your consent.
Email us and we will answer any question about the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
