About Amanda

Amanda was left to fend for herself after the person that unofficially looked after her (fed her) while she was on the street had gone into long-term hospice care. While she’s technically been on the street for a long time, you wouldn’t know it as she’s a healthy, well-fed girl.

Amanda is a self-proclaimed queen. She is very playful, affectionate, and sassy. She gets along with other dogs, as long as they give her the respect that she knows she deserves. She’s quick to make people laugh with her acrobatic abilities. Being a queen, she does not appreciate being limited to a crate; instead she loves to have the freedom to roam the house and practices great manners in return. She loves walks and exploring new places.

Amanda is a dog that you can take with you to run your Saturday-morning errands, or take with you to the coffee shop. She’d be great as a single pet, or as a doggy-sibling for the right family.
